Workshop Overview

The Association of Wheelchair Users (AWCU) organizes an annual event called Workshop 4 Wheels, dedicated to empowering wheelchair users across Namibia. This workshop focuses on practical skills such as wheelchair maintenance and repair, providing participants with the knowledge to enhance their mobility and independence. Additionally, the event offers sessions on advocacy, accessibility rights, and community engagement, fostering a supportive environment for attendees to share experiences and build networks. By equipping individuals with both technical skills and valuable information, Workshop 4 Wheels plays a crucial role in promoting self-reliance and inclusivity within the community.
