The Wheelchair Fencing Club Namibia holds weekly training sessions every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Old Location, Pursel Street, Windhoek West. These practices are open to all interested individuals, regardless of experience level, and aim to promote inclusivity and skill development in the sport of wheelchair fencing. Participants engage in various exercises and drills designed to enhance their fencing techniques and overall fitness. The club’s commitment to fostering a supportive environment has contributed to the growth of parafencing in Namibia, providing opportunities for athletes to train and compete at higher levels. valuable skills to manage conflict, enhance communication, and foster empathy. Through engaging activities and discussions, you will discover techniques leading to better interactions in your everyday life.
